"End 68 Hours of Hunger" program provides school children (SAU 16) with backpacks with food for weekend meals.  We are currently collecting REGULAR SIZE cereal boxes.  (Not jumbo and not the mini boxes please).  Cereal boxes can be placed in the basket on the display table inside the sanctuary.  Also, if you have a bag pack in good condition or would like to purchase a new one, the End 68 Hours of Hunger program can use them!  They can also be placed in the basket.  Thank you for your continuing support of this ministry outreach.
We also support the local food pantry "St. Vincent dePaul".  The following items are currently needed and welcome:  Personal Hygiene Items: Tooth brushes, tooth paste, soap, shampoo, deodorant, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels etc.  They are also looking for clean, empty egg cartons (12 egg size not larger).  Items may be brought directly to the pantry at 53 Lincoln St., Exeter or left at the church in the basket in the entry area.   www.svdexeter.com

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD- The boxes and pamphlets have arrived so now is the time to purchase school supplies while they are on sale in many store!  This is a wonderful outreach through Samaritan's Purse and enables a child to receive a shoe box with hygiene items, a special toy and school supplies along with special Christian literature in that child's language.  There are a few items that are NOT accepted in the shoebox: used or damaged items, war-related items such as toy guns, military figures, no hard candy or gum or chocolate, no liquids or anything breakable.
If you would like to know more about any of our groups .
